• All bookings are a minimum of a 2 night stay.
• Holiday rentals for the high season are a minimum stay of 5-7 nights. 
• Off Peak Packages and Special Last Minute Rates may be available for 3 and 7 night stays.
• Rates at our properties vary depending on the Apartment, house, the number of guests and length of booking.

Confirmation of your reservation dates will not be guaranteed until either a confirmation email has been received or receipt of a reservation deposit has been issued.
Payment options are Visa, Master card, Bank Card, Cheque, Money order or Direct deposit.

Bonds are required for all Properties and are refunded on departure following housekeeping inspection.

All properties are non smoking and no pets are allowed.
